Amazon.com Product Description The Casio Aviator stainless steel men's watch combines the timeless style of a three-hand analog with the sophisticated look of a multi-dial watch. This large round watch measures 42mm wide (1.65 inches), and it's complemented by a stainless steel bracelet band that mixes brushed and polished finishes. This highly technical timepiece includes a rotating slide rule bezel, and a chronograph that measures events down to 1 second. The black dial includes luminous hour markers, small minute indexes, and luminous-tipped gray hands (with orange seconds hand). Other features include a 30-second accuracy per month, scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet)--suitable for swimming but not for diving.

smaller than i expected November 20, 2008 this watch is smaller than i thought. i expected the day/date function; instead it has a stopwatch (which i'll rarely use - if ever). i'll need to get rid of a few links (small wrist) b4 it fits comfortably on me. overall...its a decent watch 4 the price.
Great Watch! November 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I recently bought this watch because my old watch was pretty much gone. I was initially drawn to the classy design that is complex yet not crowded, a look that I really like personally. Watch fits perfectly after I removed a few links, which was rather difficult. I have a fairly large wrist and had to adjust the clasp to its smallest setting and remove two links, so be prepared. I was using a tack and an ink pen to remove the link pins so that's probably why it was difficult. Which dial was which did befuddle me a bit but I finally figured out that the larger second hand was actually the one for the stopwatch, not the smaller top dial. Overall great watch and I really like how it fits my wrist. The case is big enough to not feel puny yet thin enough to not feel bulky. Solid feeling stainless construction is a plus. The sliding bezel is very nice and smooth, doesn't click like most watches... That could be a positive or negative, depends on one's tastes, personally it didn't really matter to me. The bezel does stay in place well even without clicks. Can't really think of anything else to write, overall great watch, great price, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Disappointed November 18, 2008 This product is offered as a SLIDE RULE chronograph watch. The inner slide rule gradations on this watch are too small & faint to read, making that function useless. What remains is a simple chronograph.
The problem can be avoided by replacing the oversized 5-minute hash marks on the main dial with fine lines. The chronograph dials have excessive numbering and so are hard to read and take up too much space. Reducing all of these would allow more room for larger inner slide rule hash marks & characters.
BE CAREFUL WITH CASIO October 9, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have had a Casio watch for about a year and now the watchband needs replaced. I was informed by Walmart that they cannot replace a Casio watchband. I called Casio and they told me that as far as they know NO CASIO WATCHBAND CAN BE REPLACED BY A NORMAL WATCHBAND! I had to order a watchband from Casio and they had to know which model it was before I ordered it. Total price: $12.00 shipping, handling and sales tax included. I then asked the representative if instructions would be included because it was a different type of setup instead of pins. HE SAID THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO RECOMMEND TAKING THE BAND TO A JEWELER TO HAVE IT PUT ON!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS AS BANDS DO NOT LAST FOREVER!!
Damn good looking watch September 21, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Looks better than what you see in the picture. I like the feeling that it is quite heavy. The pressing the stop watch button felt cheap. Not easy to see the time at night.
