| Customer Reviews:
Giorgio Pialo does his usual January 10, 2003 While the book does provide an indepth look at some of the aspects of the Formula 1 car it does not provide any information on how the various parts of the car interact. The different components are examined in detail, mainly for Ferrari, but does not provide a comparison between the various makes. If this was done it could explain why some cars perform better than others. Overall though it is a good book but does not provide the level I am looking for.
Excellent Technical Review December 30, 2001 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
With Formula One becoming, disappointingly more and more secretive, the Piola series is now perhaps the only technical review annual. Filled with Piola drawings of all of the significant changes and unique characteristics of each car, this is a must have for the technical enthusiast.
